Duties
As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450 Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually.
- Employee is required to obtain Program Management Practitioner Certification within 60 months of entering into this position and is expected to meet all related certification requirements per the Department of Defense Instruction 5000.66

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-11 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes:
Experience with analyzing and evaluating information to determine compliance with applicable policies, guidelines, regulations and procedures and making recommendations for improvements to processes and product deliverables.
Coordinating contract/financial assistance actions with appropriate program/project managers to ensure contract information and documentation is accurate, complete, and timely.
Identifies problems and proposes cogent solutions to accurately evaluate a wide range of information from multiple sources to identify appropriate solutions with strengths and limitations.
Maintains relationship with business partners and is a liaison between cross functional Information Technology teams and customers to understand and meet their expectations.
Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:
