About the Position: This position is located in the Logistics Management Branch, Plans and Operations Division at 404th Army Field Support Brigade Logistics Readiness Center on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. This position is a Term position NTE 13 months and is obligated. See 'Additional Information' section for further guidance.

Duties

Assists in managing actions in support of Emergency Deployment Readiness exercises, Mobilization Exercises and other plans-related exercises. Interprets new regulations, directives and procedures pertaining to supply, maintenance, transportation, and training support for general mobilization planning purposes. Reviews emergency contingency plans for disaster preparedness with Federal, state and local governments. Briefs on readiness shortfalls, and answers questions concerning logistics and maintenance issues. Prepares after action reports, making recommendations and citing inadequacies.

(Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts) OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
