Duties
As a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Facilitates and tracks budget and resourcing actions, complex projects, develops project plans and leads short and long-range initiatives and organizational plans based upon changes in programs, workload, mission, functions, and resources.
- Provides administrative and enabling support to the Programming and Budget team.
- Performs all actions associated with internally and externally generated taskers, such as receiving, reviewing, disseminating, coordinating, and tracking and submitting responses.
- Supports the management of customer agreements and product pricing through direct engagements with mission areas and various tools or metrics.
- Assists with managing routine directorate level meetings to include preparing agendas and documenting meeting notes.
- Utilizes of MS Office Suite of programs and various organizational databases and dashboards.
- Researches and applies a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze, and improve team effectiveness, efficiency, and work products.

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG 11 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Administering resourcing management and support customers financial reporting. Developing, coordinating, and tracking internal and external staff actions to ensure actions are processed in a timely, efficient manner according to established guidance and regulations. Preparing and presenting briefings, preparing, and analyzing reports; responding to queries, justifications, and background papers on resource and force management requirements and execution.
Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:

Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
