You will serve as key advisor and executive assistant to the Garrison Command Team (GCT): Garrison Commander (GC), Deputy Garrison Commander (DGC), and Command Sergeant Major (CSM). You will develop comprehensive plans and strategies for the internal and external integration of day-to-day and long-range projects, actions and activities requiring the involvement of the GCT. You will analyze and evaluate issues that are typically diverse in nature, requiring input from higher headquarters, tenant organizations, and staff elements. You will be responsible for managing the operational schedule of the GCT and develop and maintain the GCT's long-range calendar. You will serve as consultant and advisor to the GCT on procedural and administrative matters pertaining to administrative management of the Garrison Command Team.

OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Administration or other related degrees. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
