You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Business & Resources Division, Planning, Design & Construction Directory of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
Duties
You will analyze financial and management reports dealing with financial operations and evaluate effective alternatives and corrective actions.
You will utilize extensive knowledge of contracting techniques, financial systems, and other corporate database to record workload.
You will utilize extensive knowledge of funding policies and regulations, including military construction.
You will utilize extensive knowledge of funding document policies and regulations, purchase orders, and project order documents.
You will prepare and present recommendations and solutions regarding complex issues based on analysis and evaluation.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- This position may require occasional travel from normal duty station. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing financial and management reports dealing with financial operations and evaluating effective alternatives and corrective actions; 2) Utilizing extensive knowledge of contracting techniques, financial systems, and other corporate database to record workload; 3) Utilizing extensive knowledge of funding policies and regulations, including military construction; 4) Utilizing extensive knowledge of funding document policies and regulations, purchase orders, and project order documents; 5) Preparing and presenting recommendations and solutions regarding complex issues based on analysis and evaluation.
