You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the JOINT MISSIONS OPERATIONS CENTER (JMOC) of U S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND.

Duties

You will develop policies, promote improvements, secure financial resources, and recommend actions to ensure satisfactory results that enhance manpower and administrative services. You will research and resolve difficult problems and questions. You will retain full responsibility for the accuracy, responsiveness, and timeliness of all efforts. You will be responsible for the processing, tracking, and resolution of personnel actions. You will interact professionally with staff and customers internal and external to the Command on various matters and inquiries and maintain sensitive information confidentiality. You will be responsible for coordinating the review, and changes to military and civilian organizational structure. You will evaluate the command staffing requirements and analyze task functions to determine manpower resource requirements. You will be required to author various correspondence and other documents.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

  • Must possess and maintain a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance and obtain and maintain NSA badging for NIPR/SIPR/NSANet accounts. Failure to possess and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • A Counterintelligence Polygraph is required and a non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
  • This is a Drug Testing Designated Position (TDP). A pre-employment drug test is required, and the position is subject to random drug testing.
  • This position is telework eligible.
  • The incumbent may be required to perform occasional travel (25% or less) which may involve the use of commercial and/or government aircraft.
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by having experience with: the planning, direction, and implementation of management analysis services and work products; developing policies, promoting improvements, securing financial resources, and recommending actions to ensure satisfactory results that enhance manpower and administrative services; researching and resolving difficult problems and questions; being responsible for making sound and well developed, management level recommendations based on various statistical data/reports, trends, and general information; and interacting professionally with staff and customers internal and external to the Command on various matters and inquiries and maintain sensitive information confidentiality. This position is within the Work Category PROFESSIONAL at Work Level FULL PERFORMANCE, Series and Grade GG-0343-13. Education

At a minimum, all CES employees in the Professional Work Category require a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
