You will serve as a WORKFORCE TRAINNING ADMINISTRATOR in the Training and Workforce Division of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK.
Duties
You will develop evaluation methods to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's training program.
You will advise leadership in the development of solutions to confront training challenges.
You will identify developmental and training needs of employees for personal development and to achieve organizational objectives.
You will prepare training program performance reports for management.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Developing, executing, and managing Total Workforce Development programs; 2) Analyzing data in conjunction with installation mission required occupations, types of positions, staffing plans, and management employee relation trends; 3) Implementing a training program in accordance with an organization's objectives, goals, mission priorities, and cost; 4) Providing full range of employee development services to a large organization with a diversified employee population based on specific activity/program needs.
