You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS) of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER. Code 98 ERP Services Department. The successful candidate will co-lead the Supply Team under the Readiness Service Center (RSC) lead.
Duties
You will be responsible for managing the system functional requirements supporting Supply Chain Management business processes in the sustainment of production and configuration operations for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in Code 98.
You will develop strategies, activities, and goals and objectives related to system defect and design project work from initial detection to final implementation.
You will be responsible for release management tasks for sustainment of the Navy ERP Information Technology (IT) solution across the Supply Chain Management functional teams.
You will research, identify problems, determine actions to improve program effectiveness, and propose new procedures and methods.
You will coordinate with customers and program managers to identify and specify system requirements.
You will provide expert technical advice and guidance to team members regarding Information Technology (IT) issues as the Subject Matter Expert for Navy ERP Supply.
You will also monitor team members to verify that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
You will work closely with other RSC team leads to ensure customers priority 1-3 incidents are resolved under Service Level Targets (SLTs).
Requirements

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area within 12 months of appointment.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Knowledge and experience in performing SAP functional NAVY ERP Tier 3 diagnostics, analytics and corrections;
2) Knowledge and experience of SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and Business Warehouse;
3) Knowledge of full life-cycle system implementations;
4) Experience in managing and identifying issues in a ticketing system in fast paced environment, troubleshooting and executing resolutions;
5) Experience in leading teams, work delegation, and task management;
6) Knowledge and experience of executing year-end, month-end, and period-end activities within NAVY ERP;
7) Knowledge and experience in sustainment of the Navy ERP It solution, specifically across the Supply modules of Inventory Management and Warehouse Management (IM/WM), and Procurement and Material Management (PR/MM); in addition to Production Support, and Enterprise Training.
