DCSA PEO (National Background Investigation Services (NBIS)) is looking for a Program Analyst to configure customer's current business processes and develop business related analytical products on the behalf of the NBIS Planning and Deployment Teams. This role requires a change agent with the ability to engage with other U.S. government agencies, improve DCSA NBIS Service Deployment experience and promote information sharing across DCSA. As a PROGRAM ANALYST (PLANNING AND DEPLOYMENT) you will be responsible for the following duties:

You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-12 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: project management; researching, organizing, conducting, and managing complex studies and analyses, interpreting data, summarizing study results, and policy interpretation; developing analyses, data and management plans, procedures, and standards.
