Duties
This is a shared job announcement across the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, with multiple participating divisions. Multiple positions may be filled from this announcement. These divisions include, but are not limited to:

Typical work assignments include:
Serves as the Program Manager for various Student Programs.
Responsible for program management and technical responsibility for independently managing the following Pathways programs for CISA: Presidential Management Fellows (PMF), Recent Graduates, and Interns; and other student and recent graduate programs such as Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP), Volunteer Student Interns.
Serves as the Program Manager for the Cybercops: Scholarship for Service (SFS) and Cyber Talent Initiative (CTI) programs.
Gathers and develops centrally funded internship opportunities and requirements for all of CISA.
Identifies top target schools and demographic needs to inform student sourcing.
Coordinates Requests for Personnel Actions (RPA) for actions affecting student program participants.
Extend tentative job offers, initiate security, coordinate release dates and start dates, extend firm job offers, and onboard student program participants.
Qualifications
To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required experience for the respective grade level in which you are applying.
GS-13
You qualify for the GS-13 grade level, if you have:
EXPERIENCE: At least one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level (or equivalent) performing the following duties:
Developing policies and programs to provide expert advice, guidance, direction, oversight, and/or evaluation for a program in area of specialty.
Managing and advising organizational leadership on the use of federal government pathways programs or similar programs for recent grads, students, and interns to ensure agencies utilization meets regulation and/or organization policy requirements.
Identifying and recommending staffing and recruitment strategies, position classification, and entitlements affecting federal employees for organization leadership.
Writing and implementing policies and standard operating procedures.
National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience): Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Time-in-Grade Requirements: Under competitive merit promotion procedures, any individual who is currently holding, or who has held within the previous 52 weeks, a General Schedule position under a non-temporary appointment in the competitive or excepted service, must meet "time-in-grade" requirements (have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade of the grade for which you are applying).
