You will serve as a Financial & Administrative Management Specialist In the Tactical Electronic Warfare, Code 574000 of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY.

Duties
You will ensure that all charges entered into the branch/office and ERP financial database are accurate.
You will provide financial projections at the project, section and branch level that address both current status along with projected income and expenses.
You will ensure that all procurement requests and contract actions follow proper guidelines and are completed correctly.
You will develop written reports to present branch financial status.
You will utilize knowledge of procurement and contracting practices and procedures.
You will utilize experience in the application of budget, accounting, and contracting principles and methods relating to budget development and control in a revolving fund environment.
You will utilize knowledge to execute the Branch's financial actions following DoD, Navy, NRL and ERP procedures and policies.
You will apply skill in analyzing and interpreting regulatory decisions to develop budgetary plans and to make modifications to Division direct and indirect budget.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience, one of which is equivalent to the next lower pay band (NO-01) or GS equivalent (GS-1/4) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties; (1) Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; (2) Plan and organize work; and (4) Communicate effectively orally and in writing.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
- 4 years above high school leading to a bachelors degree.
