You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Operational Forces Support Directorate (NMLC-04) of NAVMEDREADLOGCMD D FT DETRICK MD.
Duties
You will utilize knowledge of design specifications and configurations for afloat and operational medical and dental spaces.
You will utilize knowledge of ship outfitting programs and documentation and medical and dental equipment/systems design for logistics consideration.
You will utilize MS Office suite or similar applications to analyze data and prepare written communication for decision or information papers and briefs.
You will Plan, distribute, coordinate, and monitor work assignments of others.
You will evaluate work performance and provides feedback to others on their performance.
You will ensure that staff are appropriately selected, utilized, and developed, and that they are treated in a fair and equitable manner.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience analyzing and evaluating policies, procedures, and issues, for effectiveness and efficiency, identifying and resolving discrepancies and problems, and developing solutions and methods for improvement.
Experience developing, managing, and delivering integrated logistics system support to achieve equipment performance while identifying opportunities for minimizing support costs, logistics footprint, and providing the user with the resources to sustain the system in an austere condition such as a shipboard environment.
Experience developing ILS plans, operational and interim support plans supporting data which substantiates funding requirements, repair and/or modification processes, and other support activities which provides the program managers a range of technically acceptable alternatives, with risk and value assessments.
Experience identifying comprehensive medical and dental equipment systems to include identifying peripherals, durable instrumentation for operations or testing and consumables expended in operating the system.
