You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (ISS TEAM LEAD) in the DIGITAL ANALYTICS INFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY GROUP, INFRASTRUCTURE, SAFETY, & ENVIRONMENTAL DEPARTMENT, AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION DIVISION of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
This position is in the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) with a duty location of Arlington, VA.
Duties
You will oversee the planning, scheduling, and executing of projects concerned with the analysis and evaluation of programs and initiatives.
You will advise on facilities project development, execution, and design to support facility needs of the organization.
You will develop policy in support of facilities management.
You will identify courses of action to take for repairs, maintenance, and facility issues.
You will analyze administrative office processes to identify methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
You will present reports on issues (e.g., budget, problem resolution, management planning, policy issues) to managers.
You will participate in the on-site facilities and space planning committee.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band (DA-05) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Demonstrating a thorough understanding of business, financial, and facilities applications as well as the operation and maintenance of Research and Engineering facilities (including research laboratories, T&E facilities, Production facilities and In-service Engineering facilities) in support of aircraft weapon systems Acquisition, RDT&E, and Life cycle functions;
2) Performing duties related to facilities and space management (including the identification and analysis of facility requirements) to ensure the effective and efficient use of cognizant facility resources in relation to the organizational mission;
3) Developing requirements for facility modification, replacement, or construction;
4) Making recommendations based on analyses and findings in the facility allocation, use, modification, and acquisition processes; and
5) Monitoring changes to existing programs based on revised forecasts for available funding, acquisition, and performance scheduling considerations and initiating requests for discretionary funding for facilities.
