You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (APPSW) of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION N6.
Duties
You will monitor established software applications to prevent technological deficiencies impacting quality assurance.
You will integrate a system application tool to meet performance management requirements
You will resolve software failures by revising applications of software operating capabilities

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Special1) Performing work that involves the planning, installation, configuration, testing, implementation, and management of the systems server environment in support of the organization's IT architecture and business needs; 2) Administering information technology systems to ensure effective system operation.; 3) Designing software, hardware, and technology architecture that optimize user's performance to accomplish required business outcomes; 4) Transforming applications and systems to utilize current technologies and methodologies to meet new business and regulatory requirements; 5) Designing, documenting, developing, modifying, testing, installing, implementing, and supporting new or existing application software; and 6) Solving IT systems and application problems
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
