You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Business Support Division of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.

Duties

You will develop, implement, champion, and sustain a KM program at NAVSUP. Develop the corporate KM strategy. You will lead cultural and organizational change management efforts in support of internal innovation and knowledge management programs. You will provide guidance and assistance developing organizational KM plans at all levels of the command and determine how KM best practices can support each level of the enterprise. You will lead projects that apply KM processes and tools to improve collaboration and business performance, and oversee the progress of KM projects to ensure that work is accomplished in a timely and effective manner. You will attend seminars, briefings, and formal training in order to maintain and perpetually improve upon the technical and interpersonal skills required of the position. You will have independent responsibility for planning, conceiving, designing and administering projects, studies and other work. Performance is evaluated in terms of the effectiveness and independence in which assignments are carried out.

Requirements

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • This is a bargaining unit position.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

1..Monitoring/measuring project management efforts via surveys and focus groups, analyzing data and providing recommended actions and solutions. 2. Leading cultural and organizational change management activities including communication and coordination with key headquarters and Echelon III personnel. 3. Preparing and presenting effective briefings and presentations to various audiences on a variety of topics throughout the enterprise. 4. Utilizing performance improvement methodologies to work with customers and technical experts, to determine business requirements and document objectives. 5. Strong communication skills and the ability to express themselves in a clear, concise manner, both orally and in writing.6. Performance is evaluated in terms of the effectiveness and independence in which assignments are carried out. Results of the work are considered technically authoritative and are normally accepted without significant change.
