You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT), Environmental Business Line (EVBL), Environmental Resources and Assessment Division, Environmental Resources Branch, of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.

Duties

You will adapt, change, or revise analytical methods to meet mission requirements. You will create charts and graphs to inform managers on program trends. You will brief managers regarding outcome of program analysis or reviews. You will develop solutions for discrepancies in program analysis. You will analyze statistical data to develop reports.

Requirements

  • Must complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

  • Must obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties: 1) Assisting in the Environmental planning, programming, budgeting, analysis and execution process; 2) Recommending changes to improve the effectiveness of operations; 3) Assisting in tracking procedures for the collection of data; 4) Assisting with preparing reports and records; 5) Assisting with Environmental Funding actions; 6) Assisting with monitoring the expenditures of Environmental funding; and 7) Assisting with requesting various types of funding from internal and external customers. GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Assisting in any of the following areas: planning, programming, budgeting, analysis and/or execution process; 2) Ability to assist in tracking procedures for the collection of data; 3) Assisting with preparing reports, records, and correspondence; 4) Assisting with funding actions; 5) Assisting with monitoring the expenditures of funding; 6) Assists with requesting various types of funding from internal and external customers; and 7) Assisting with community management operations.
