This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command.
It is in the SUPVERVISION/MANAGEMENT Work Category at the EXPERT Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA - FE/Endpoint Svcs /Customer Spt Directorate.
Duties
The incumbent will serve as the DCIN-TS ES Program Manager for the Endpoint and Customer Service Directorate and make decisions on the application of both financial and personnel resources in support of enduring and emergent requirements.
Develop, acquisition, planning, execution, distribution, integrated logistics support, personnel, training, operational testing, system engineering, implementation, and deployment for all assigned programs and projects.
Incumbent is responsible for the management of total cost of ownership of all assigned programs/projects, including the development and implementation of overall program management policies, plans, requirements, and direction
Performs a full range of supervisory personnel management responsibilities, such as signing, reviewing, and approving work, establishing organizational priorities, performing short and long range planning, and evaluating work performance.
Manages expenditures and accountability of DoD and other government agencies' procurement, operations, maintenance, Research, Development, Training and Evaluation (RDTE) funds for the programs assigned to the Directorate.

- The incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450 Executive Branch Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500.7-R, Joint Ethics Regulation.
- The incumbent must obtain Acquisition certification in the Program Management Functional Area at the Advanced Tier 4 Functional Tier within 48 months of entry into this position, in accordance with DoD Instruction 5000.66.

In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below.
Qualifying Experience:
To qualify at the GG-15, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.
For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience providing oversight in procurement, engineering, and configuration management, as well as coordinating and overseeing work and developing and executing personnel management plans and providing administrative guidance.
