You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) in Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

Duties
You will perform in-depth review, write, and prepare supporting documentation on all Performance Evaluation System advisory opinions to the Performance Review/Cog/Mod Unit (MMPB-21).
You will provide ad-hoc performance evaluation data reports, providing Performance Evaluation System briefs, and respond to discrepancy notices.
You will prepare written advisory opinions to the Performance Evaluation Review Board (PERB) and Board for Corrections of Naval Record (BCNR) for cases involving performance evaluations and make corrections to the PES database as needed.
You will develop recommended modifications to the Performance Evaluation System policies and procedures for use by the entire U.S. Marine Corp.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following: 1) Developing local policy and written implementation instructions by interpreting and translating policy from higher organizational levels; 2) Analyzing changes in legislation to determine impact on organizational policies and procedures; 3) Recommending modifications to an organization's program based on new legislation affecting local policy; 4) Advising leadership regarding the implementation of regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with established directives; and 5) Developing written products to advise leadership on the application of law, policy, or regulations to human resources decision-making as it pertains to organizational or individual matters.
