You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) in the Manpower and Management Division of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will be responsible for all Marine Corps programs affecting active duty, reserve, officer and enlisted limited duty, disability evaluation systems, administrative separation, retirement, and retired pay.
You will provide advice, guidance and authoritative decisions in the program areas of retirement and separation to all commanders, their representatives, and senior officials.
You will review and monitor separation, retirement, and disability related actions across the Marine Corps and direct corrective action as necessary.
You will represent the Marine Corps at very senior level meetings and conferences with offices at the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Department of the Navy.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final SECRET security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector supervising and managing service and departmental level active duty or reserve complex administrative separation and retirement, disability and retired pay, entitlements, and/or benefits programs; experience to include managing civilian and military personnel.
