You will serve as a SUPV HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LR) in the MANPOWER & RESERVE AFFAIRS of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will suggest ways to integrate programs with management’s long range plans.
You will recommend the establishment of training programs needed to ensure competence is maintained.
You will assist in developing competency-based training modules for specialist, supervisors, and managers in such areas as labor relations, employee relations, performance management, and awards programs.
You will develop policies in the area of labor-management relations, employee relations, civilian performance management and incentive awards, and overseeing day to day administration of the Master Labor Agreement.
You will make presentations before other agencies, Department of Navy (DON), U.S. Marine Corps Headquarters (HQMC) or local commands.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector serving as an advisor to management on all facets of performance management, benefits, and labor relations programs.
