About the Position: Serve as a senior program analyst in the Information Technology (IT) Investments Division, in the Directorate of policy and Resources (P&R), Chief Information Office Headquarters (CIO/G-6), Department of the Army, located at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Duties

Integrate activities with other commands, staff elements, mission areas, and domains. Develop long-range program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones to accomplish and evaluate the cost effectiveness of Army Knowledge Management Goal 1 Waiver operations, applications and waiver approval process. Review and analyze Army Knowledge Management Goal 1 Waivers proposals and conduct analysis on issues of substantial scope complexity. Participate in Lean Six Sigma efforts as a subject matter expert on Army Knowledge Management Goal 1 Waiver. Provide complex management support services in the areas of resource analysis, annual fiscal long-range planning and execution. Serve as a representative on working groups to plan and develop internal strategies. Provide guidance on alternatives and resolutions to Army Knowledge Management Goal 1 Waiver issues and problems.
