Duties

Serves as the Supervisor of the DLA Strategic Projects and Integration initiatives. Manages and administers Strategic Integration Enterprise-wide projects on behalf of the DLA Director/Enterprise. Responsible for all new DLA Strategic Projects and Integration initiatives assigned to DLA Transformation (DT). Works directly with the Director and Vice Director as well as internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain and to lead Agency wide integration efforts to completion. Accountable and responsible for the assigned program and/or project to include development, documentation, and operation of both internal processes and administrative controls. Performs various assignments frequently requiring considerable research or contact work and provides recommendations on matters handled.

Qualifications

To qualify for a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Makes major recommendations on significant strategic program, projects and policy issues affecting the Agency. Manages the implementation of program and project processes and activities as applicable and is responsible for project management. Develops and maintains policy and procedural information, regulating how the portfolio process and products are managed. Leads the implementation, planning, coordination and collaboration, execution monitoring, communication, training, and on-site assistance for strategic projects. Establishes and leads focus sub-groups designed to address specific issues associated with program and project implementation. Ensures proper program and project management (schedule, cost/savings, quality of support to the customer, customer support metrics, risk management). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
