Duties
Serves as the Supervisor of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program or Management Internal Control (MIC) Program branch. Provides oversight, synchronized, integrated and reported activities regarding an ERM framework.
Exercises leadership and overall responsibility for managing, coordinating, and directing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program or Management Internal Control Program Branch.
Responsible for oversight of leading ERO PMO meetings, develop and implement DLA ERM strategy, highlight ERM and MIC program etc.
Serve as senior risk analyst and principal adviser to the DLA Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
Planning, implementing, administering, directing and controlling the DLA Enterprise Risk Management Program.
Facilitate the implementation and management of ERM processes and infrastructure.
Key advisor to the DLA regarding Agency-wide processes, operations, management controls and policy.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Enterprise Risk Management/Internal Controls) your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Analyze and evaluate major administrative aspects of substantive, mission oriented programs.
Developed new methods to resolve major administrative problem or plans.
Developed policies and procedures regarding program management and customer service in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
Managed Risk Assessment program.
Managed Financial Improvement Audit Remediation (FIAR) program within a functional area.

Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
