You will serve as a Bill of Material Specialist in the MRO Logistics Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Duties

You will follow guidelines and processes to be used in creating and maintaining BOM requirements, replacement rates, and incorporation of technical data changes for the FRC East. You will attend meetings with agencies internal and external to FRC East to specify and identify BOMs establishment and maintenance and the impact on forecasting and production schedules. you will be responsible for replacement part BOMs of the aircraft, engine, and components workload resulting in substantial direct impact upon facility's material availability, turnaround time, and financial net operating results. You will participate in specification reviews with representation to obtain current and future schedule and performance data in support of accurate BOMs having substantial scope, complexity, and impact. You will follow established guidelines for evaluating the effectiveness of the BOMs. You will respond to data calls pertaining to statistics relative to analyzing BOM effectiveness, and will research, gather data, statistics, and other required information. You will prepare reports, charts, and other required data in order to make presentations to all levels of command both internal and external.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
