You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST (EDUCATION & TRAINING) in the Naval Medical Force, Total Force & Manpower, Training and Education, San Diego, CA of NAVMEDFORPAC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will analyze information and prepare synthesized executive level documents outlining strategic policy.
You will analyze large scale organizations, programs, procedures, and initiatives composed of multiple complex components.
You will liaison with Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education, Navy Personnel Command, Navy Medical Force Support Command, Navy Medicine Leadership and Professional Development Command and other uniformed services training and education personnel
You will develop objectives, priorities and deadlines for him/herself and subordinate staff and coordinate with the Director.
You will make recommendations for the revision or development of new policies or regulatory guidance in the crucial resolution of issues and use by subordinate echelon commands.
You will advise the Director Education and Training on designated Navy Medicine education training issues related to total force management.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience assisting in education and training policy and standards for department personnel;
Experience performing executive education roles supporting education and training policy development and implementation;
Experience researching and analyzing current training issues and training data in order to translate information into formal education and training policies, standards and strategic plan statements;
Experience preparing timely oral and written presentations of executive reports for higher authority; AND
Experience resolving education and training program issues by revising existing guidance as needed for minor changes within policy.
