Duties

This position is located under the National Firearms Act Division (NFA) in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

Qualifications

To qualify for GS-07, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-05. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. Specialized experience is: Assists with developing training material and/or products; and Participates with the planning and developing instructional program schedules, implements guidelines and assists with curriculum development. OR Education: Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have 1 full year of graduate level. OR superior academic achievement (SAA). Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of this position. OR Combination of Specialized Experience and Education: Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. You must have an combination of specialized experience and education beyond a bachelor's degree may be used to qualify applicants for the GS-07 level.
