About the Position: This position will service as Supervisory Program Analyst within the OMA Branch of the ILSC-BMD, Integrated Financial Management Division. TACOM is located at the Detroit Arsenal in Warren, Michigan which is in Detroit's largest suburb located about 15 miles north of downtown.
Duties
Plans, coordinates, and monitors the ILSC's analysis, formulation and execution of program and budget requirements for specific appropriations.
Serves as the organizational point of contact for assigned actions to provide responses to taskers, after action reports, and information papers.
Exercises delegated authority and broad responsibility for planning and administering all technical and operational aspects of business support functions.
Supervises/manages a group of administrative and support personnel in the planning, directing, and developing and/or implementing policies, processes, initiatives and/or programs for major TACOM weapon systems in the areas of budgetary requirements.
Directs and monitors the execution of all year- end functions ensuring that the ILSC closes the fiscal year with all funding executed in the proper fund/SAG combinations.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
- DoD Financial Management Certification level 2 is required for this position and must be achieved by the incumbent within two years of entrance into this position. Incumbent shall adhere to guidelines and requirements of this certification program.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Research, analyze, and distribute information on financial management policies, tasks, and guidance with relation to audit readiness and fiscal responsibility; 2) Guide and assign workload to subordinates on budget and manpower tasks; 3) Identify problems and analyze solutions for subordinate work; and 4) Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as GFEBS, LMP, ATAAPS, Defense Travel System (DTS), ACAAS, and DPMAP. This position is under the Acquisition Demonstration Project. The NH-03 broadband incorporates former GS equivalents GS-12 step 1 through GS-13 step 10 grade levels and salary levels.
