You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (Counterfeit Material Prevention Program Manager) in the Intelligence Operations Directorate of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, California.
Duties
You will report to the Special Programs Branch manager, providing oversight of counterfeit material prevention policy, program design, development, institution, and execution,
You will collaborate with identified stakeholders in development and execution of the Counterfeit Material Prevention Program (CMPP),
You will oversee the development and revision of internal policies, procedures, or contract requirements, to integrate and implement counterfeit materiel prevention as required by policy or as guided by Command authority,
You will provide oversight of development, collection, analysis, and routinely reported metrics describing the success or challenges associated with intake or exclusion of counterfeit materiel as it pertains to NSWC PHD and other stakeholders,
You will oversee investigations of all instances of counterfeit and suspect counterfeit material within NSWC PHD , and contribute to reporting and documentation of all instances of counterfeit and suspect counterfeit material as governed by policy,
You will participate and contribute to the NAVSEA Counterfeit Materiel Prevention Community of Practice and other Supply Chain Supply Risk Management functions within DON as required,
You will manage the containment, tracking, and disposal of counterfeit and suspect counterfeit materiel in accordance with appropriate policy,
You will coordinate required Counterfeit Materiel Training to the workforce ensuring effective and efficient management of counterfeit risk as determined by data driven analysis of risk,
You will perform self-assessment of NSWC PHD policies and processes to ensure compliance with the requirements in NAVSEAINST 4855.40, and report self-assessment results to SEA 06P via appropriate channels,
You will compile, evaluate, execute, and assess financial, administrative, and logistics management functions, and coordinate with local procurement contracting offices for acquisitions in support of CMPP.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing analytical or evaluative methods to develop or coordinate assessments measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations.
