You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST within the Utilities and Energy Engineering Technical Area situated in the Shore Department at NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER (NAVFAC EXWC).

Duties

You will act as an integrator, routinely leading cross functional teams toward accomplishment of programmatic goals and objectives. You will provide personnel at NAVFAC and EXWC with product backup and other analytical support as required Develops new ways to measure program accomplishments, results, and effectiveness of Department programs and processes as they relate to the delivery of services and products to the fleet. You will identify, monitor, and analyze execution and financial metrics, program and project progress reviews, and reports. You will articulate and communicate assignments, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and program issues under review.

  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
