Duties
Serves as expert planner, coordinator, and advisor for policy on management, administrative, and technical matters which support accomplishment of the mission.
Performs analysis of Performance Labor Accountability System (PLAS), RPA, Key Supplier, Corrective Action Request (CAR), AOI, Resource Reviews, MRTs, and other enterprise sector data sources.
Uses the Commodity Sector Portal and Webpage to engage with customer liaison representatives (CLR), Contract Management Offices (CMOs), Program Integrators (PIs), Leads, Cross-Division counterparts in researching information or gathering data.
Serves as the primary focal point for the DCMA Management Control Program.
Serve as the Portal Administrator, responsible for design, development, maintenance, training, and policy development for the use of the DCMA portal within the Office of Counsel to ensure its products are effectively and efficiently utilized.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Management Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-03 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-02 or GS-11 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Developing procedures governing the use of a portal to include portal access, execution, and storage within the various communities/sub-communities.
Evaluating risk factors and developing corrective action to correct any material weaknesses and/or deficiencies.
Ensuring all policies for portal design and maintenance are adhered to and taking corrective action to correct identified anomalies.
Providing training to stakeholders on the architecture and how to access operations information stored on a portal.
Performing assessments of overall program status, trends, issues, and other program related information that is used by Senior Leaders to report overall health and risk.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
