You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (READY RELEVANT LEARNING LIAISON) in the DCOS FOR TRAINING AND EDUCATION (N7), ASST DEPUTY COS DIVISION (N7A), READY RELEVANT LEARNING (RRL) (N75) of COMNAVRESFORCOM.
Duties
You will analyze individual training requirements in support of RESFOR ratings, to ensure training solutions support the Reserve Force and individual and billet requirements.
You will evaluate training requirements, training tasks, and training courses across a rating’s career continuum to sustain modernized training.
You will provide Administrative Support to RRL Rating Manager.
You will conducts training system analysis to analyze RRL and individual training requirements, using the systems approach for rating training impacted by RRL processes.
You will assess and evaluate modernized training solutions and courses to ensure sustainment of relevant, current training delivery at the right time via the right methodology.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience using Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) policies, practices, methods, techniques and procedures to identify individual training requirements and develop training solutions in support of career-long learning using modernized training methods in support of Force Generation and readiness.
Experience working with a range of administrative policies, regulations, programs and precedents applicable to the administration of the RRL program.
Experience using the Learning Continuum (CLLC) Manual, RRL Information Technology Concept of Operations (IT CONOPS), and Naval Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) instructions and policies.
Experience with training information systems such as USFFC RRL Portal, Fleet Training Management Systems (FLTMPS), Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC), MyNavy Portal, Occupational and Naval Standards, and Navy Training System Plan (NTSP) repositories.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
