You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Logistics Support Department of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Logistics Center, Keyport Division, Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA).
Duties
You will serve as the functional subject matter expert (SME) in the functionality and workflow of the Navy's provisioning system of record.
You will independently train Navy Logisticians and Engineers on how to use the Navy's provisioning system of record.
You will manage and maintain training curriculum for the Navy's provisioning system of record.
You will serve as the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) representative at the Provisioning Center of Excellence (PCOE).
You will serve as the focal point of communications throughout the Navy's provisioning community with matters related to the Navy's provisioning system of record.
You will serve as provisioning tool functional subject matter expert (SME) in support of the development of the Navy's next generation provisioning system of record.
You will support/assist in the development of policy for the Navy's provisioning community.
You will develop and maintain metrics associated with the Navy's provisioning system of record.
You will serve as NAVSEA's subject matter expert (SME) in maritime and aviation provisioning.
You will develop and maintain desk guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
You will manage/process System Authorization Access Requests (SAARs) for the Navy's provisioning system of record.
You will support Authority to Operate (ATO) and cyber-security matters for the Navy's provisioning system of record.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical expertise (e.g., Provisioning) to support products and services delivered for weapons systems. Examples of Qualifying Experience may include demonstrated knowledge of Naval maritime and/or aviation provisioning processes; utilizing Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS); conducting training, managing curriculum, and class/course management; conflict resolution; metrics reporting; developing policy; demonstrated understanding of the Navy's current digital transformation initiatives; communicating via Navy communications platforms such as MS Teams, Web-sites/web-pages, or Wiki; developing desk guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
