About the Position: Serves as the Chief, Program Management Branch for Army Museum Enterprise . Responsible for managing project and program contracts to achieve efficient, effective, and successful operation. Performs analytical and evaluative assignments to improve the use of resources by managing productivity and efficiency programs, conducting financial management studies, reviews, and cost analyses, and providing advisory and support service in coordination with Army Contracting Command.
Duties
Plan and manages Army Museum Enterprise programs resources in the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process.
Analyze and manage the current and future budget for the Army Museum Enterprise.
Performs duties as Contracting Offices Representative and prepares Performance work statements Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans and Service Contract Requests.
Maintain awareness and knowledge of Department of the Army regulations pertaining to negotiating, coordinating, processing, managing and maintaining formal agreements.
Supervise the Resource Management Branch within the Army Museum Enterprise Headquarters.
Prepares a variety of documents to include requirement statements, cost estimates, market research reports, justification and approvals, acquisition plans and other related acquisition documents.
Ensure transparency of resource planning and execution through an annual report that details past year execution and future year planning.
Responsible for AME management programs long- and short-term management programs, projects, and activities that are generated at both higher headquarters and the local museum level.
Develops new programs, processes, and procedures.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
