Duties
Planning, coordinating, and providing management over all actions related to the integration of doctrine, organizations, training, material, leader development, personnel, facilities and policy (DOTMLPF-P) domains.
Coordinating with counterparts in other organizations and across agency lines to ensure future system development meets Army requirements.
Providing expert advice in matters that pertain to Joint Interoperability and Integration and presenting executive-level presentation briefings.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must have Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) experience (DAU RQM 310 qualified) and a HTAR/FA 50 background.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance.
- Drug Test is required.
- TDY up to 20% may be required.
- 1 year probationary period may be required.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1)Examining Joint Capability Integration Development System (JCIDS) documents and the corresponding staffing procedures required for document approval; (2)Providing technical assessment on quality of JCIDS documentation; (3)Providing guidance to higher and subordinate organizations on assigned programs and initiatives; (4)Strategic and/or operational level experience at the 3 or 4-Star level and (5)Leading Operational Planning Teams or Joint Planning Teams. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
