You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Business of Operations Division of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER Port Hueneme Division.
Duties
You will assist with metrics collection, dashboard creation/maintenance, and data call coordination internally and externally to the PD.
You will handle day-to-day coordination of tasks to allow the Portfolio leaders to focus on growing capabilities and strategic issues that affect the Portfolio Directorate (PD) or command.
You will serve as an expert in the planning, monitoring, and administration of PD functions.
You will develop new interpretations and procedures which extend existing procedures and may result in precedents for others to follow.
You will perform unusually difficult assignments under general administrative direction with wide latitude for the exercise of independent judgment.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to perform occasional sea duty.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11/12 grade level or NT-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing administrative, operational or business management support services through collecting data and analyzing metric trends for more effective and efficient execution of business and engineering processes.
