You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Training Directorate (N7) of SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD DAHLGREN.
Duties
You will coordinate all phases of Personnel Qualifications Standards/Non-Resident Training Course (PQS/NRTC) update and development projects from beginning to the delivery of the final product.
You will determine plans for and resources for Personnel Qualifications Standards/Non-Resident Training Course programs.
You will perform daily operations and functions as required and develops processes as needed for Personnel Qualifications Standards/Non-Resident Training Course.
You will assist the Division Director in all areas of Personnel Qualifications Standards/Non-Resident Training Course programs.
Requirements

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing program management processes in order to develop solutions to training program configurations and produce training management plans; 2) Analyzing business processes, budgetary constraints, and funding requirements related to current program procedures and future program requirements; 3) Utilizing qualitative and quantitative program evaluation and measurement techniques to determine the extent of compliance with rules and regulations, analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of an administrative and technical programs.
