You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the Project Management Division of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will lead, manage, and provide program/project management support.
You will provide expert technical and programmatic advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and stakeholders on critical
training, technical, and financial issues related to the program/project.
You will develop detailed plans, tasks, milestone dates, and schedules to ensure proper sequencing of events and tracking of processes
and costs throughout the life cycle of the programs/projects.
You will be responsible for administering the Project Management Training program for the Program and Project Management Department.
You will be responsible for the analysis and execution of cost, schedule, and technical performance of activities for a Program of Record (POR) or NIWC Pacific project/s.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band NO-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience managing cost, schedule, and performance of programs of record/projects of complex systems.
