You will serve as a RESOURCING AND ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE.

Duties

You will track labor and non-labor execution throughout the year, facilitating and coordination movement of funds, and providing the Director, Civilian Human Resources (DCHR) status of over/under execution and advocate for current financial status. You will facilitate and coordinate the program, planning, budget, and execution (PPBE) process for the DCHR by reviewing, compiling, and consolidating requirements and assist in preparing program objective memorandum (POM) requests. You will intake, coordinate, and manage all correspondence, policies and/or instructions created and received by the DCHR office or via DCHR to external organizations. You will serve as the Organization Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA) for the DCHR by managing the framework and compliance of the Defense Travel System (DTS). You will track and manage computer assets, peripherals, and other personal property owned by the DCHR

Requirements

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing and analyzing budgetary support for an organization (e.g. tracking, maintaining, reconciling, and monitoring execution of funds, ensure accurate budgetary information) and providing administrative and clerical support (e.g., correspondence, taskers, office equipment/supplies, etc.) to facilitate efficient operations of programs.
