You will serve as a Supervisory Security Specialist in the Science and Technology Intelligence Liaison Office (STILO) and Counterfeit Material Prevention Program (CMPP), Intelligence Operations Directorate of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER Port Hueneme Division.
Duties
You will provide oversight of STILO and CMPP policy, program design, development, institution and execution within Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWCPHD).
You will identify, collaborate, and coordinate with NSWCPHD related stakeholders to develop and execute the STILO/CMPP.
You will oversee all aspects of the CMPP, to include managing the investigation of all instances of counterfeit and suspect counterfeit material within NSWC-PHD as well as reporting and documentation as governed by appropriate policy.
You will oversee developing, collecting, analyzing and routinely reporting metrics that describe the success or challenges associated with the intake or exclusion of counterfeit material.
You will direct Intelligence support to engineering, technology solutions, and life-cycle management of NSWCPHD programs by maintaining effective communication flow to keep abreast and disseminate intelligence and technological developments.
You will manage the submission of production requirements to the intelligence community for threat support and interpret technical language and translate it to accurately match relevant intelligence resources to customer requirements.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing security and intelligence program requirements to identify and resolve issues impacting counterfeit material prevention measures for an organization.
