You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in the Total Force Management (TFM) Program Office (N1), Civilian Workforce Policy and Sustainment Division (N11) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
GS-11: Experience with recruitment and staffing methods, principles, and practices. Experience using a wide range of HR practices, laws, and regulations. Experience executing recruitment, placement, and reduction-in-force (RIF) programs. Experience with appointments, promotions, details, and reassignments. Experience researching qualifications and skills. Experience conducting job analyses.
GS-09: Experience preparing or completing necessary documents and case files on personnel actions. Experience tracking pending personnel actions such as Career Ladder Promotions, expiring Not to Exceed (NTE) actions, Retirements, etc. Experience maintaining accurate HR automated databases. Experience explaining HR regulations, procedures, and determinations to inquiring employees, candidates, and supervisors.
