You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVY MILITARY PAY OPERATIONS AND ACCOUNTING.
Duties
You will recommend awards and promotions to recognize superior performance
You will evaluate accounting transactions for compliance with organizational requirements.
You will identify trends in financial data to resolve financial management problems
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Develop and manage plan of action and milestones (POA&M's) that are directly tied to developed organizational goals; 2) Leading teams and/or projects; 3) Utilize Department of Defense Financial Management regulations and Department of Navy policies & procedures for military pay and allowances is preferred. 4) Utilize accounting systems (ie. SAP); 5) Provide advice and oversight to the review, documentation and execution of internal controls to mitigate risks
