You will serve as a SUPV FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of PERS WASHINGTON.
Duties
You will recommend alternative methods of funding to meet financial improvement and audit readiness (FIAR) goals.
You will serves as the principal advisor to the BSO 22 Comptroller on the management of Military and Reserve Personnel appropriations to include Payroll Oversight and Payroll Operations.
You will use the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) process to align resourcing with organizational guidance.
You will coordinate the development and reporting of cost/performance information to support mission tasks for an organization.
Requirements

- This is a Financial Management Level III certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.Oversee the Subsistence In Kind (SIK) program execution; 2) Directs, coordinates, and oversees the execution and accounting of Military and Reserve Personnel appropriations, responding to FIAR/Audit testing requests, in order to provide a clean audit opinion; 3) Oversee the Military Personnel Change of Station (PCS) and ensure timely financial accounting and regular reporting to BUPERS comptroller and BUPERS leadership; 5) Oversee the timely acceptance and execution of reimbursable funding and the associated accounting/billings
