You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the MARFORCOM, NORFOLK of MARFORCOM NORFOLK.
Duties
You will serve as the subject matter expert for the Fleet Marine Forces Atlantic (FMFLANT)/U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command (MARFORCOM) Operational and Administrative Assessment and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Programs.
You will provide analysis supported by qualitative and quantitative data to senior leaders to influence key decisions.
You will facilitate the staff's participation in the development of measures of effectiveness and performance, and their standards and goals, to track the ability to meet missions and tasks and make recommendations for corrections.
You will coordinate the collection of data to analyze actual performance against the standards/goals.
You will monitor the assignment and completion of all performance assessment tasks assigned to and by the Commander.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing qualitative and quantitative data; collecting and analyzing performance assessments, costs, and systems; researching, preparing and providing papers and briefs, oral and verbal.
