About the Position: Serves as a Program Integration Officer in a project/program office. The incumbent is responsible for integrating the activities of the Project Office and for interfacing with higher-level entities to achieve overall goals and objectives necessary to accomplish the goals of the organization. This is a pay banded position. The NH-04 band encompasses grades 14 and 15 under the General Schedule (GS) system.

Duties

Serves as Program Integrator for Project Office functions. These functions include systems engineering, test and evaluation, logistics, and program management. Integrate the development, integration, ground testing, flight testing, production, deployment, site activation, sustainment, and technical upgrades for a deployed forces, friends, and allies, missile system designed to protect the United States. Integrates activities of the weapon system acquisition and sustainment process for the Project Office. Provides appropriate direction and guidance to assure those support requirements are satisfied by numerous cross-agency organizations responsible for providing technical, contractual, fiscal, and logistical services. Directs the activities of subject matter experts across multiple fields and multiple agencies/commands on highly complex, multidisciplinary work.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program Manager certification within 60 months as of entrance on duty.
  • The duties of this position require submission of, on an annual basis, OGE 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report.
  • This position requires the selectee to sign a written tenure agreement to remain in the Federal service in this position for at least three (3) years.
