Duties
Responds to multiple customer demands, prioritizing customer needs and manage customer expectations.
Provides technical consultation and guidance to customers to ascertain general nature of desired product, problems anticipated, and deadlines.
Manages forms development, design, control, storage, and dissemination.
Identifies problems, reviews production standards, and makes tentative recommendations for problem resolution.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-9, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-7 in the Federal service that demonstrates the following:
Assisting with planning, designing, and developing forms/documents
Consulting and advising customers to determine forms/document product needs.
Utilizing graphic design/desktop publishing software to perform job.
Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree that provided you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work of a Management Analyst.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer.
