About the Position: Serve as an Operations Specialist responsible for the administration of multiple programs involving the planning, developing, implementing, managing, maintaining and executing the programs within the Operations Division. This is a pay banded position. The NH-03 band encompasses grades 12 and 13 under the General Schedule (GS) system.

Duties

Serve as an Operations Specialist responsible to support senior leadership in matters of planning, documenting, and executing operations for the organization. Oversee and serves as a functional expert for the Tasker system responsible for reviewing both internal external taskers to ensure appropriate assignment and timely entry into the Tasker System. Act as the technical advisor for operations support functions with responsibilities for planning and directing the effectiveness of a variety of operation functions and programs. Serve as the PEO Operations representative and coordinator at meetings outside the organization.

  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Specialized Experience: One year experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that includes: (1) Monitoring of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with program operations (2) Utilizing principles and concepts to support the synchronization of operations and training requirements (3) Overseeing of tasks to include assigning, prioritizing and tracking for completion using an automated system such as Headquarters, Department of the Army Task Management Tool (HQDA TMT). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02 or GS-11).
