Duties
Provide executive level administrative and secretarial support.
Administer the end-to-end process of awarding new contracts as the Contracting Officer's Representative, as well as managing all aspects of current support contracts.
Implement the Director’s policies, coordinate and execute all administrative actions, and manage the organization’s routine business processes.
Review, develop, and implement administrative plans and procedures. Interpret regulations and directives governing administrative management and establish effective requirements and standards.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance.
- Temporary duty (TDY) travel is required up to 10% of the time.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, upon entering the position and annually thereafter.
