About the Position: The Alaska District is seeking to fill a Program Manager position located in the Programs and Project Management Division, Military Project Management Branch, Army Projects Section. An ideal candidate will have strong experience in Military Project Management or a background in Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants. Possess excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills, detail-orientated, and exceptional customer service skills.

Duties

Administers assigned Program and as such is responsible for the overall management, control, coordination and execution of assigned programs and projects. Coordinates the planning, design, cost engineering, construction, and environmental considerations, etc., for a complex highly visible program and specific project deliverables of considerable scope and complexity. Controls and manages program and project milestones and budgets from planning through construction and closeout. Represents the District when dealing with the Program Customer, Non-Federal Sponsor, Major Command, Director of Public Works, Installation Engineers, MACOM Staff, other support agencies involved with assigned program/projects.
