Duties
You will employ variety of methods and techniques to achieve command communication goals.
You will develop/direct specific communication campaign plans including the Commander’s communication strategy to meet communication objectives and timelines across the command.
You will research, write and make information available about emerging plans, programs and issues to strategic outreach production staff for the creation of public affairs/public announcement products.
You will communicate, consult and coordinate with Commander Navy Red Hill public affairs staff to plan and participate in outreach activities that support the Commander’s communication strategy.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of GS-12 experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Applying communication principles, methods, practices, techniques and analytical methods, interpersonal skills, and approaches to plan, integrate and assess broad and complex communication efforts.
Planning, organizing and coordinating multifaceted, wide-ranging and time-sensitive public communication efforts concerning organizational programs, operations, activities, projects, research, studies or missions.
Analyzing complex and often sensitive aspects of an organization's communication objectives; evaluating appropriateness and effectiveness of messaging to developing ways to improve current or future materials and communication methods and practices more effectively.
