Duties
You will coordinate requirements, scope, and final delivery with sponsors, users, and functional leads.
You will establish project milestones and monitor schedule variances.
You will oversee user testing and provide approval for release.
You will manage project resources across multiple units.
You will ensure compliance with applicable Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Project Management Methodology (PMM) procedures.
You will develop and implement a product release/implementation plan.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Developing and implementing a product release/implementation plan and establishing information technology policy within organizational objectives and strategic initiatives;
2) Coordinating requirements and conducting analytical studies to develop consolidated cost estimates;
3) Monitoring the progress of projects and ensuring timely communication with management and stakeholders
;4) Briefing and resolving problems as they are foreseen;
5) Executing to an agreed upon a project cost, schedule and scope;
6) Identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies throughout project milestones.
